How to make a claim?
We use a panel of insurers when offering quotes so you will need to find your latest policy documents to find out who you need to contact. On your Policy Wording there will be a claims section with all the information you will need.
What you need to make a claim
To make it easier for you to make a claim we have listed a couple of bits of key information we will need from you:
- Your policy number, this will be found on your Policy Schedule.
- In respect of any theft or malicious damage claim you must inform the police and obtain a crime reference number, this will be requested when processing your claim.
