My policy was up for automatic renewal on the 28th Feb. but the money was taken from my account on the 20th, 1 week early. This was very presumptuous of Eversure, and very cheeky. I had decided to continue with them but had I not it gave me no time to cancel. Th money was not due until the 28th and therefore should not have been taken until that date.
Very good could have got it cheaper but settled again with eversure.

Helping my suddenly widowed sister-in-law, who was totally dependant on late husband to deal with these matters. He died 8th Dec. I found an Eversure caravan policy expired 25th Nov, given postal strikes was not sure if he had renewed. Rang 0910 hrs, 9th Dec, spoke to "Sarah". She refused to answer the simple question "Is there a policy in force", a yes or no answer was all I required. Even this was refused as I clearly was not the policy holder !! I was disgusted with Eversure's lack of compassion & common sense
No policy having arrived I rang again at1638hrs on 5th Jan. This time I spoke to "Jack" who was totally different, most helpful. He immediately informed me that even if Dave had renewed, in accordance with Eversure practise, the policy was immediately considered null & void on his death !! He used his sense & talked to me.
I was staggered, because "Sarah" refused to declared this fact to me, my sister-in-law has had £5-6,000 worth of caravan uninsured for the last month, when apart from her grief, she also had serious concerns about her finances given the loss of much of her late husbands income !
Jack immediately helped me put a new policy in force, though quite frankly had I not been so busy with many other such matters, there is no way I would have used Eversure again, but I simply did not have time to start seeking quotes etc. when Jack could sort it in a few minutes.
Jack was excellent, but "Sarah" clearly needs some extra training. Apart from the stress & frustration caused to my Sister-in-law & I, you lost a months business, & do you really think I am likely to use Eversure ? ( I own 2 caravans,2 cars, & my own home, & have travel insurance ).
No renewal. I had to ring you to find I’d been uninsured since November.
